The South Fork Community Foundation Scholarship
The South Fork Community Foundation is excited to offer a $2,000 one-time scholarship to graduating seniors from Creede School, Del Norte High School, Monte Vista High School, and Sargent High School.
Funds may be used for tuition, books, or on-campus housing at an accredited college, university, community college, or vocational school beginning Fall 2026.
Students pursuing fields that support the future of the San Luis Valley are especially encouraged to apply — but all majors are welcome!

The Bear and Sheep Creek Scholarship is a community-funded program in Southern Colorado (Conejos County) that awards funds to graduating seniors from local high schools, specifically Antonito, Sanford, and Centauri.
