Membership Requirements

The mission of Overground Railroad prioritizes commitment, reflection, and accompaniment. Our membership requirements are in place to ensure that we are living up to these standards. We expect our members to be in regular attendance at their tutoring shift and reflection meetings throughout the semester. All members are also required to submit a reflection product at the end of each semester. See the document below for further detail.

Failure to meet our requirements may result in probationary status for the following semester. In severe or persistent circumstances, you may be asked to find another organization that better suits your schedule.
