I made an image of my boi and decided to put him on the screen of the SLAM computers through Adobe After Effects. I used the corner pinning tool to replace the screen of the computer through motion tracking!
This type of effect is used in the filming world to replace things such as phone or TV screens to make them look better, it's cool to see how this is done and at least for this shot, it was relatively easy to do.
This is a shot I added text to that says "Nesquik Strawberry Milk" (what else did you expect :D) which I made move around the shot using the Null Object tool and animating a layer.
I then added sounds and effects into the background as well as adding a filter to the shot. Overall, I think it could look a lot better but this is what I've made for now.
I took a quote from Act. 1 of Macbeth and took it into Adobe After Effects and used it to make a video in which I animated all of the words on screen using various visual effects.
I thought the assignment was alright, Macbeth is pretty violent and kinda interesting at some parts but it's boring for the most part so I don't like it that much. Also as a side note, my narrating really sucks but I really don't care my voice is too quiet lol
For this project, I was tasked in animating a scene in which Obiwan and Grievous featuring some lightsabers as well in Adobe After Effects. I started by inserting all the clips and then I worked from there with composing the shot.
I'm not the hugest Star Wars fan cause I've barely watched any of the movies but it was pretty cool to animate the lightsabers and it was cool to finally see them in action even though I restarted like 4 times.
Today I had my first assignment within the program Adobe After Effects and it was to move our name around the screen and play with it as much as we can.
I learned how to use the timeline to position my text as well as use the time markers. It was kinda confusing but I eventually figured it out.
It was kinda funny doing this in Comic Sans cause it's bad to use it but I enjoyed playing around with my text and making it go crazy.
After learning how to make greenscreen shots in Final Cut Pro with Flo, I decided to make my greenscreen video a Nesquik Commercial using the keying effects and features from Final Cut Pro.
I'm very proud as to how this turned out, I really hope Nesquik will sponsor me after I send this to them.
Today in Final Cut Pro, I learned how to insert a greenscreen clip into an image using keying and color correction learning using audio in the background as well.
Flo accidentally destroys the city by accidentally creating a car crash in a tragic and emotional story, I hope you enjoy.
Today I went outside with a tripod and a camera to record a disappear shot of me falling down.
I took the tripod and recorded one long continuous shot of me falling down and then reappearing on the floor on my face. I then cut out certain parts of it to make it look like I disappeared then reappeared.
This kinda gives me an idea as to how certain types of effects are done, I hope I can play around with it in the future.
