May the 4th be with you

It's Star Wars Week! Remember: You can always do more than the suggested amount. Try your best at each activity/exercise and don’t rush through them. Make sure you have enough space in your area and please be safe! The goal is 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week. If the sun is out, we strongly encourage you to play outside! You can log your exercise time here if you choose to. May the force be with you all!
