Pacer Test

This could be preformed outside either by marking two lines on the ground measuring 20 meters (about 65 feet) apart or running from one side of the house to the other is ok to. Follow the directions at the beginning of the video. Make sure it's loud enough for you to hear the beeps outside!

Curl-up Test

  • Get in crunch position

    • Hands on your shoulders

    • Feet flat on the floor

    • Elbows have to touch your knees when coming up

  • If you fall behind (going up but he says down), hands come off your shoulders, feet come off the floor, or elbows don't touch your knees, it's a miss!

  • 2 misses and you are....out!

Push-up Test

  • Get in push-up position

    • Hands underneath your shoulders

    • Fingers facing forwards

    • Look at your hands

    • Feet together

  • If you fall behind (going down but he says up), do not bend your elbows enough, or any part of your body touches the floor, it's a miss!

  • 2 misses and you are....out!
