I teach art to our elementary students at both Waterman and State Street. As a former Skaneateles graduate, I am thrilled and honored to be back teaching in such a wonderful community and school district. Prior to teaching at Skaneateles, I had taught in many different schools and settings including teaching abroad. I have come to greatly appreciate the quality of education and community Skaneateles provides for its students. In addition to my appreciation for teaching and the arts, most of my free time is spent exploring the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, running, skiing, backpacking, biking, or playing a new sport. I love the outdoors! I feel very lucky to have found a career I love in a wonderful community and school district!

The Delphic Games is the sister of the Olympic Games, and instead of athletics, it promotes the arts and culture. We were given the incredible opportunity to participate in creating a poster to present at this years opening events. Our State Street students did an incredible job in creating a collaborative poster that symbolizes the meaning and essence of the Delphic games. This poster will be on display in Athens, Greece for the 2025 Delphic Games!
