PCP Activity Zones LINK PCP Engagement Zones are flexible time blocks where students can engage with various opportunities, such as meeting potential employers, hosting organization fundraisers, attending informational sessions, or participating in other college-wide events that don't require full attendance for the entire duration.
Student Travel Support. Due to the generosity of PCP alumni and friends, the College will continue to support student travel. Student Travel Reimbursement Guidelines and the link to request funding can be viewed HERE. Students are responsible for understanding the policy but important points include:
Important update for P4’s. Due to limited funding, travel support for P4’s to the ASHP Mid-Year meeting will only be available to those presenting research posters.
Request for travel fund support needs to be made at least 2 weeks before to travel.
Note the requirement to prepare a reflection post-meeting (see guideline document). The reflection must be uploaded with your receipts AND sent to your advisor.
Students should first request money from SLA and then report the amounts provided on the form.
Reimbursements can ONLY be made to the person on the receipt. For example, if rooms are shared, students MUST pay for their own share with their own credit cards.
Students who receive reimbursement from the PCP dean's office should send pics of experience to pcpsocialmedia@sju.edu. In addition, if making your own posts, please tag PCP in LinkedIn, facebook and/or instagram. Expressing appreciation in appreciated.
Post meeting. Pay attention to the deadline to get your receipts in.
Posters and Presentations. PCP students, staff and faculty who present posters or slides should use the SJU PCP braded slide template. If students are doing a presentation with an outside organization, you may download just the logo and copy it into a poster. This FOLDER contains PowerPoint poster templates and the official logos. If you need just the logo to paste into a Poster, those are available and can be downloaded in color or B&W. Directions on how to order the poster through the SJU print shop is HERE.
