School of Health Professions

• Always confirm a student's major by checking their DegreeWorks (Pre-PA students have a note at the bottom of their DW) or Student Profile. Many students will mention DPT, DrOt/MOT, or Pre-PA but not be on the direct entry pathway.

• All Exercise Physiology - Direct Entry Physical Therapy students need to register for EPH 120 this fall.

  • If EPH 120 is full: 

    • All 4 year Exercise Physiology students should be directed to register for EPH 270, EPH 210 or EPH 360. They can take EPH 120 in the spring.

• All Health Science majors register for HSC 110 in fall.  If HSC 110 is full:

  •  Health Science - Direct Entry Physical Therapy students and Health Science - Direct Entry Occupational Therapy students should be directed to register for HSC 211 or HSC 323.

  • Health Science - Pre-PA Studies students should be directed to register for HSC 211, HSC 253, or HSC 323.

  • 4 year Health Science students should be directed to register for HSC 211, HSC 253, or HSC 323, or HSC 251.

• If a student needs to take their math requirement this fall: MAT 128 is preferred for all Direct Entry programs but MAT 118 can also be taken to satisfy the requirement. No other MAT course should be taken.
