Several humanities majors recommend a free elective in the first semester. This Free Electives guide helps students understand what a free elective is and provides some suggestions. (Note that some suggestions on here may also fulfill other CCC requirements, but could also be a free elective if the student already has credit for that area. Or, if they take a course in their major to fulfill that requirement, for example, it would move to the free elective category.) This video tutorial explains how to search for free electives.
LIN 160 Intro Communication Disorders is recommended for Communication Science Disorder Majors because LIN 101 is at capacity.
