Students will have to read and choose between a large number of offerings from different degrees of initial information. Once they have chosen an organization to research the complexity of text and amount of information will vary. Working with teacher to understanding the differences between sponsors; private, public, and affiliations; religious, corporate, prior will help for a foundation before initial research. Navigating the individual organizations will take teacher differentiating to address students individual needs.
Students will choose from list of organizations and research an organization's mission. They will make decisions as to its value and effectiveness toward meeting basic human rights, then compare it with other student's research into organizations to understand the different opportunities and outcomes possible within humanitarian efforts.
