An important step to learning a language is to practice speaking it with other people!

This page is designed to help you connect your patrons looking to learn another language with other people who speak the language, possibly connecting to other patrons from other libraries all over. The idea is to do this using Zoom, so there are 2 video tutorials posted below that you can put on your library's website on how people create a Zoom account and how they can use it to connect to meetings.

We will organize people by fluency level, so we created a form that patrons can fill out about their fluency levels. We will also arrange sessions to where they can practice with native speakers, and can work in either smaller groups or one-on-one. Below is a screenshot of the type of form that can be included.
