My student drop-in hours for this semester are Wednesday 11am-1pm, except that office hours will be cancelled on 3/19 because I am traveling for a scientific conference. I can also meet outside those times by appointment - to schedule a different time please email me with 3-4 different days & times that you are available and I’ll choose from those. Please come to my office ISB 552.
If you are interested in changing your major, you must seek advising with CSSSC. Please see information at this link. You should continue to take coursework for your currently declared major until the change of major is approved. The application link is only open for a limited time each semester. Deadlines for College of Science Change of Major Applications are December 1 for spring semester, and May 1 for fall semester. Applications will be emailed to you after you complete this request form.
We can make the best use of our time if you can prepare your filled out 4 year planner before our meeting (available on the Biology Dept. website under Undergraduate Programs>Advising). Your four year planner should be filled out from now until graduation.

There are some additional resources that will help you fill this out:
1. the course frequency list (some classes are only offered fall or spring, or in alternating years)
2. the BS, Concentration in Molecular Biology roadmap (lays out all required coursework to enable graduation in 4 years)
3) the current catalog that outlines the course requirements for the BS, Concentration in Molecular Biology
