Our residency-based model places you in a local K–12 classroom from the very start of the school year. You’ll co-teach alongside a mentor teacher four days a week while completing graduate-level coursework one day a week—applying what you learn in real time. This immersive experience builds deep teaching skills, strong relationships, and the confidence to succeed in your own classroom.
