Have you ever thought about graduate school? How might it benefit you? Do you feel you wouldn’t fit in? That you are not capable? That you don’t need it? Think you can’t afford it? This session will allow you to answer those questions and more about what graduate school can do for you and whether or not it would be a good choice for your future.
Choosing the Right Graduate Program
Once you’ve decided that graduate school would be a good choice for you, a whole new set of questions arise. Perhaps one of the first ones is - how do you decide which program is right for you? What is the difference between a master’s and a doctoral degree? Which discipline do you want to enter? What school would you like to attend? Should you stay at SJSU for graduate school? This session will examine the variety of graduate school programs available and provide you with some points to ponder as you consider the right place for you.
