“How has participation in the Academy of Blended Learning professional development program impacted your instructional practice?” 

Blended Learning has allowed us to support students at their own level and support them in taking charge of their own learning. The use of technological tools Increases engagement and collaboration within a classroom setting. It has opened new avenues for students to show their learning and become global citizens.  As teachers, we are able to quickly analyze data and adjust Instruction and groupings for differentiation within the classroom. The adaptive programs meet and challenge students where they are at and where we know they can go. In this increasingly digital world, blended learning allows us to challenge students but also to connect with them and build relationships.
