"Subject 4073" is a short story that shows the perspective of a regular girl who one day finds out that some of the things around here don’t look right; like the shadows of a basketball hoop and the sky shimmering as her Frisbee hits it. Soon the creators of this unreal world find that she’s realizing these bugs, they take her immediately, and have her mind erased and terminated.

“A Winged Wish” is a narrative poem that tells a story of a butterfly that trades a memory with a person in an attempt to comfort and help him. What the butterfly says at the end of the poem teaches us that if we look back at some of the hard times in our lives, we can see that those memories are what got us to where we are today.
