I am currently 19 years old and pursuing a career and degree in inclusive education with a special education certification. I grew up in a suburb of Buffalo, New York known as Hamburg. I graduated from Hamburg High school in 2023 and currently attend St. John Fisher University. Being a teacher has always been a dream of mine since I was a little girl, I have always felt drawn to the profession and that it's my purpose in life. I interned in a first grade classroom my senior year of high school and that is when I knew teaching is what I was meant to be doing and where I belonged. I hope to continously create an environment that is welcoming, fun and comfortable for everyone.
Previous Work Experience
Waitress at a Retirement Home, Fox Run at Orchard park: (June 2021- May 2024).
Regular nanny for a family of three with two children with Autism: (January 2024-Present).
Substitute Teacher Aide for Hamburg Central School District(December 2023- Present).
1-2 Teacher Aide in an inclusive special education classroom at Union Pleasant Elementary(May 2024-June 2024).

I was raised by a single mother who worked incredibly hard to give everything to my oldest brother and I. Seeing how hard she worked to give my brother and I an amazing life has made me so grateful and made me so close to her. By far my mom is my best friend and one of the most important people in my life. However, my grandma and aunt both have helped to raise me and have been there for me through everything. All three of these women have helped me grow and become the best possible version of myself. Additionally, I am the oldest of four children and being the oldest sibling I have felt the responsibility to help raise my brothers and because of this my brothers are my best friends. Ryan is seventeen and Ben and Will are both eight. Two of my brothers have special needs, diagnosed with autism, and that has taught me a lot about patience, empathy and the importance of inclusion.

Taylor Swift is by far my favorite artist! Getting to go to the ERAS Tour in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania was a absoulte dream come true. I've been listening to her music since I was about five and to see her in person was so amazing and surreal. I have now spread my love of Taylor Swift to my brother, Will, who is now always singing her music. I hope to see her in concert again one day soon!

Living seven minutes from the Bill's stadium and the combination of living in Buffalo, automatically asserts that you're a Bill's fan! However, I started a little later than most as I started watching when Josh Allen got drafted! I love to go to the Bill's games with my family, eat wings, and sing the shout song. Go Bills!
Travel!
Traveling is a huge part of my life and something I love to do and learn about! I have been to many states such as California, New York, Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Georgia and more! I hope to one day visit all fifty states! My aunt lives in Costa Rica, so I am lucky enough to travel there often and explore the beautiful country and all it has to offer. My favorite things to do when traveling are snorkeling, boating, swimming, and shopping!
