This is picture of healthy food.
My topic is about processed foods and how it affects the human body. Processed food is food that has been in a step and it's not from natural ingredients. This can include adding sugar, salt, oil, or chemicals, or changing how the food is made. Some examples are chips, candy, instant noodles, junkfoods, and soda. Eating little processed foods are okay, eating too much can be unhealthy and affect our bodies in different ways.
Processed foods can affect our health in many ways. They often contain a lot of sugar, salt, and fat, which can cause weight gain and health problems. Some processed foods also have additives and artificial ingredients that are not natural. However, not all processed foods are bad. Some can be part of a balanced diet. The most important thing is to eat them in moderation and choose more fresh and natural foods.

This topic is important because many people around me (community)eat a lot of processed food every day. If we eat too much, it can cause health problems like obesity and heart issues. Learning about processed food helps us make better choices and take care of our bodies by eating healthier foods. And maybe I can tell people around me that processed foods are unhealthy
