#Radio Oltenia:New interesting station

Further to the frame of interesting station there is another station with great music on MW This is the station I listen this period after midnight local time

Oltenia is part of the Rumanian stations on MW that really flood the whole band as also Spaniards or as the Chinese on SW …

Most of their program seem to be music in most times even on afternoons and is one of the many strong stations of the Balkan MW Seem as mega KW but it isn’t : the mwlist lists it as only 15 kW using a Haris DX15

Its main frequencies used are:

603 Mehediniti the station is heard very difficult ,QRMed by others possibly again by Antenna Satelor and possibly Cyprus

1314 Dulj , where the station has the same intruders as noticed in WRTH and mwlist

Most of the day program seems to play with Romanian folklore and folk music though it sometimes mixes with Romanian pop songs and a few western or even Latin

All itgs program consist of mostly of music with mixed Romanian western Latin pop and even European songs al in a pop and rock format . However the other two Romanian stations with much higher signals can partially to fully interfere them so that you can mistakenly think that Oltenia plays traditional Romanian songs …That’s because all of them have nearly the same azimuth of 74^o from inside the house (my QTH i mean )to null all of these stations. That is particular to 1314 As for 603 the al signals are quite low to get into discussion R.Romania seems fighting with a Spanish Signals are audible only with the loop.There is a small program window with talks in 1850

However in midnight the conditions change. The Antenna Satelor stops on midnight local time -minus 1 hours for central Europe or 2 hrs GMT winter time -transmissions leaving Otdenia in the clear.

From their main program before the night :no roots (Alice merton ), jut dance (lady gaga) and senorita from Shawn Mendes Secrets from Pink ,atat de usor Soundland,we down we go kaleo (as ID ed from Shazam )

From their midnight program that is heard 70% cleerly due to propagation :

Alejandro Gaga /Another bites the dust / To be with you M big / La isla bonita / Bailemos . mos trof the songs seem to be from 80s 90s together with big romanian hits

Two of the most used mottos of the station are “We love good music – Radio Oltenia” and Aşculta Radio Oltenia”and has no adverts except for some minor announcements or mottos.
