About me

I'm an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. My research interests include intelligent transportation systemshuman performance modeling, and warning system design. In particular, my current work focuses on human-vehicle interaction challenges and their implications in designing connected vehicle systems and autonomous vehicle systemsI received my Ph.D. in Industrial and System Engineering from University at Buffalo in 2017, and obtained the B.S. in Psychology from Zhejiang University in 2011. 

I will be accepting at least one a graduate student with strong interest in transportation safety research for the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 academic year. I am also actively recruiting conscientious undergraduate students to assist in the laboratory. Please send me your CV if you are interested.
