Hexadecimal Highway 16 and the WEST Road, Watertown, Wisconsin use INVERSE astronomy theory to explain events on EARTH

The Watertown Astronomy Club held monthly meetings at the Watertown Public Library in 2007. I am not a member of the club. I go to the library and sometimes look at the astronomy magazines they carry; an astronomy club member noticed this, engaged in a conversation with me, and invited me to their meetings.

My area of research is a little different then their approach; but lately, I began to think that in REALITY ….deep down in our subliminal minds…we have a common curiosity on how the universe, the Solar System , and EARTH work …as a system.

Thus I shall provide some outlines …….that the Watertown Astronomy intellectuals may help study and confirm. Several BLOGS already exist on this matter…..awaiting others to provide additional empirical data …awaiting for others to polish up and fine tune the rough BLOG conceptual outlines I have presented. They contain errors and awkwardness, that other amateur astronomers may improve upon ..with my blessing. Let’s hope that southeastern Wisconsin with Watertown …will consider their major importance in Nature’s special astronomy project.

BASE 16 Galileo the DEFENDER (of Planet Earth)

Year 1616 is a milestone in astronomy.

The evolution of space/time life components resulted in Base 16 hexadecimal SPACE and Base 16 hexadecimal TIME.

Year 1616 –> BASE 16 space and BASE 16 time.

The BASE 16 project started in year 1600; the astronomy/ astrophysics galactic computer systems project started in year 1610. In year 1616 the galactic computer system project was titled: GALILEO the DEFENDER in honor of his position as an intellectual military general in the MILKY WAY galactic WAR. The BASE 16 …400 year astronomy war that began around year 1610 continues to this day in year 2012.

The Solar System has 9 planets…equivalent to 8 data bits and 1 parity error correction bit.

Thus the original data processing structure of the Solar System and its subsequent evolution to Planet Earth……is now, viewed as Computer Earth System 370 with biological computer systems and their mirror….the copper wire computer systems. The mathematical-physics copper wire electron computer mirror came into existence after the Base 2 math war….known as World War 2 …..really a GALILEO astronomy war over year 1632 book: 2 Chief World Systems.

What are the 2 systems? Astronomy needs to discover!

The first major Solar System computer project manager on EARTH was Galileo in year 16 16.

Year 16 16……the Base 16 HEX space and Base 16 HEX time project.

Today, Einstein’s field theory is better described as Einstein’s data processing DATA FIELD theory.

Looking at Europe…..we see Computer Earth and its Base 16 hexadecimal geography map.

Given the above……does Watertown Astronomy have any special features that suggest Nature ….thru address 919 Charles (Darwin) Street ……..has selected this geography area as the new WORLD headquarters for a new generation, a new phase of astronomy/astrophysics …… which I call the inverse astronomy VIEW.

Astronomers and astrophysics students, professors, and amateurs exist on the surface of EARTH and use their eyes and their telescopes to look at the Solar System planets, the SUN and the stars beyond.

Thus they look OUTWARD from their geography position on EARTH.

Using Einstein’s theory of relative positions and views …let’s turn the tables…so to speak.

Let’s assume that Watertown astronomy were in a virtual location….a theoretical location……at some distant location in the Milky Way Galaxy ,,,,,,and they were looking at EARTH and studying it’s humanoid activities and events..

Assume……..they have books that describe some features of the EARTH …that is they have a database of symbolic life …words and equations ….. nouns, proper nouns, verbs …..but, not everything. Thus they have partial information …and they seek to improve the accuracy of the picture…or in some cases…they may complete the picture.

For example, at their distant position they read about Hubble ….what? who? where? . are unanwsered. But, curious …..they start …to study ………….well, perhaps,

Hubble + the ton(s) of planet EARTH weight …. ..is the

CLUE –> Hubble Ton of EARTH has the weight/the significance we seek.

Thus our distant friends looking at EARTH …use logic and common sense to build a model of that place called EARTH …..also, considered ….perhaps….One of the TWO Chief World Systems of Galileo.

For practical purposes, this requires the human to adjust his brain thoughts / frame of reference ..for this research point of view.

Now, we have several VIEWS of EARTH.

a) we have the original geography map that we learn in elementary grammer school and the associated proper nouns of those original locations. This becomes the original symbolic MAP inside our brain..and becomes an important frame of reference

b) we have symbolic maps inside our brain…..and these may exist at several levels…as described by S.I . Hayakawa in the book ” Language in Thought and in Action”. Thus when we look at symbolic maps..what level are we looking at. The original geography map and its symbols …or some other level.

Take an example:

1) the original concept of Chicago…ought be the city of Chicago in the geography state of Illinois.

2) a later concept of Chicago…is the music group of Chicago

The New York …

a) a city called New York in the geography state of New York

b) other maps of New York .. a New York sirloin steak…exists as a later concept in 2 formats

– a physical beef steak

– the words inside your brain New York sirloin steak

Thus if someone states they would like to EAT a New York sirloin steak ..does that mean

1) they want to go to a restaurant and eat a beef steak

2) they wish to eat the words inside your brain memory ..hence, a factor in Alzheimer’s memory and the cannibal subroutine process of eating human bio-computer memory

Now, Galileo’s book helps us understand these different VIEWS. The book ” Two Chief World Systems” suggest that 2 different formats of existence …may be on Planet EARTH.

The book ” Tale of Two Cities” suggests the same dual Nature of existence.

Let’s see how the Watertown region plays a role in this. Let the amateur astronomer with 2-legs …and the concept of “Two Chief World Systems” …consider that at the present moment he has his 2-legs standing on only one of Galileo’s 2 intellectuals worlds.

This we shall call traditional astronomy/astrophysics VIEW ..the OUTWARD VIEW.

Now, let’s look around ….. and we see the 2nd world of Galileo….but it’s vague and nebulous.

Thus …being an adventurous,educated individual …let’s take a chance and place 1 foot/leg on Galileo’s 2nd world and let’s explore it..so to speak.

Thus we have 1 leg/1 LINK to the traditional world AND

we have 1 leg/1 connection to the 2nd CLUE of Galileo —> and as a tool ….let’s use the inverse astronomy concept …..placing ourselves at a distant location in the Milky Way Galaxy and ….look at EARTH.

What clues may we find ….perhaps ..in a Wall Street Journal article.

Reading between the lines for astronomy signals …that is symbolic words …that may be written in some secret astronomy language.

There are 2 approaches to this.

1) There is no secret language and nothing is happening. End-of-story.

2) I am not sure …so let’s play with the idea …..of hidden messages embedded in a larger story.

The data CLUES given above …and the hundreds of other accumulated clues over the last several years…can be organized better ……and given that ……some patterns ought emerge …. that clarify the signals and its purpose.

Today, with the availability of high school and basic college science /math textbooks ….we can perhaps understand the insight of William Shakespeare. The question becomes ….”If we are the players, who or what processes of Nature is the director”.

Thus we need to understand the evolution of symbolic maps in our lives.

Within those messages is a possible 2nd world of words…that will help us understand Galileo and his message ” Two Chief World Systems” or the Charles Dickens” Tale of 2 Cities”.

Thus, we must consider that on EARTH …..we may find some parallels that will help us understand events,etc. Let look and see if Watertown and Hubbleton …..are Nature’s new generation of VIEWS ……..using the inverse astronomy concept as an intellectual tool to VIEW Earth events, crime, accidents, happenings, social engineering structures, etc.
