2. If not installed, this page does provide how to proceed.

   • If and when an attempt to install a new and or an update of "Flash Player" online, where you get this error, "Adobe Flash Player could not be installed.", you may need to implement one or both of the following options:

     1. Close applications that use "Flash Player", i.e., like your Internet Browser.

        • Possibly, you may need to close "FlashPlayerApp.exe", i.e., using Windows Task Manager or similar software, like System Explorer.

     2. Search and use an "Offline Installer" (I use FireFox Browser, so I use a non IE Flash Player Installation), if so read my comments below.
