Soulful Strength: 7 Days to Renewal is an all-inclusive transformative, one-week retreat designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Each day is filled with a combination of physical conditioning, therapeutic bodywork—including shiatsu—and mindfulness practices that are designed to promote healing, release tension, and cultivate inner strength.

For those who feel called to continue, an optional five-day extension invites you into a different—but deeply resonant—spiritual lineage of the land.

We travel inland to the heart of Sufi mysticism, immersing ourselves in the devotional current of Mevlana Rumi in Konya, where poetry, music, and embodied prayer open the heart toward divine love. We will take an excursion to Catalhoyuk,  the neolithic archeological site.   From Konya, we journey to Ankara to visit the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations.  Then it's onwards to the otherworldly landscapes of Cappadocia, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its ancient underground cities, volcanic stone formations, and sky-borne vistas.

This extension weaves together devotion and adventure—grounded mysticism and childlike wonder.

Highlights include:

• Immersion in Sufi tradition and sacred poetry

• Time in Konya at the seat of Rumi’s lineage
