A Comparative Framework for Global Healing Traditions
$899
Purchase the course HERE
This 12-week course introduces a multidimensional framework for understanding healing across global traditions. Moving beyond single-modality approaches, participants learn to recognize how healing systems address different layers of the human experience — physical, energetic, mental-emotional, perceptual, and spiritual.
Using the Five Bodies of Healing as a guiding structure, students develop the ability to compare healing modalities, understand their underlying cosmologies, and identify where imbalance lives within the human system.
The course bridges traditional healing systems and contemporary practice, offering a foundation for practitioners who want to expand their diagnostic awareness and integrate a broader range of healing perspectives into their work.
Aligned with Beauty Way Healing Arts philosophy:
Indigenous Methodology: Understanding healing as relational, ecological, and rooted in land and lineage
Space for the Nonlinear: Engaging healing as a multidimensional and non-sequential process
Decolonial Praxis: Examining the cultural origins of healing systems and restoring respect for traditional knowledge
Embodied Practice: Integrating intellectual study with somatic awareness and lived experience
Integration and Reflection: Learning across traditions without collapsing or extracting their unique contexts
Duration: 12 weeks
Class Length: 2 hours per week (live + recorded)
Components Each Session:
Opening Meditation / Grounding Practice
Mini-Lecture (Frameworks and Comparative Journey)
Case Study or Applied Exploration
Integration Discussion / Journaling
Homework: Reflection, Observation and Applied Analysis
By the end of this course, participants will:
Understand the Five Bodies framework as a map of the multidimensional human system
Recognize how different healing traditions address specific layers of the body and consciousness
Develop pattern-based thinking across physical, energetic, emotional, perceptual, and spiritual domains
Compare diagnostic approaches across global healing traditions
Apply the Five Bodies framework to assess imbalance in personal or professional contexts
Integrate insights from multiple healing systems into their existing practice
Participants will be able to apply this framework to:
Expand client assessment beyond physical symptoms
Identify which dimensions of the human system require support
Select or refer appropriate healing modalities based on the layer of imbalance
Design more holistic and multidimensional healing plans
Deepen intuitive and observational skills in sessions
Bridge multiple healing traditions with greater clarity and integrity
This course strengthens the practitioner’s ability to see the whole person, rather than a single issue or symptom.
