Introduction
In the past 7 years, bicycle-sharing systems had experience 4 stages, from the exploration period from 2014-2016, the outbreak from 2016-2017, the adjustment period from 2017-2018, and finally the stationary period from 2018 till now. Figure 1 shows the increase of sharing bicycle users from 2015-2019. As of the end of 2019, the number of shared bicycle users in China is 260million, the number of shared bicycle users will continue to increase as expected in the future.
The Annual report on the development of sharing mobility in China(2019) points out, according to data released by the Ministry of Transport, as of the end of August 2019, the number of sharing bicycles available in China is 19.5 million. On the other hand, point out by the State Council of The People Republic of China(2021), according to statistics from the Ministry of Public Security, as of the end of June 2021, the number of motor vehicles nationwide has reached 384 million, of which 292 million are cars.

Background
As stated by the Fujian Traffic Police(2020), in the year 2015-2019, among the 13-18-year-old group, bicycle and electric bicycle accident deaths and injuries together accounted for 18.9% of the total deaths in this age group; motorcycle deaths and injuries accounted for 49.22% and 37.07% of the total deaths in this age group, respectively. This number is comparatively higher than the government expects or wish. These are mainly caused by malicious behaviors in the process of using shared bicycles mainly include uncivilized driving, such as crossing the road, running red lights, and carrying people in the car basket or back seat, etc. (People. cn,2019). The risk of the bicycle share system is a topic which both government and users should concern and think of.
Aim and objective
The report aims to analyze the risk of the bicycle sharing system in China using the data published on the government website of the People's Republic of China in the past few years. Furthermore, able to preview and estimate the development of the bicycle sharing system by using the data provided.
The report is will discuss the fact in 2 main parts. Firstly, the report will analyze the data to briefly point out the risk of the system which is now happening in China, studying cases and report from different organizations and stands, providing chats and graphs as evidence to support. Secondly, the report will preview the development of the bicycle sharing system, suggesting solving the problems which are seen now and reviewing the plan of China government in which to compare.
