To reseach and develop an efficient ROI detection based video coding solution, targeting multimedia applications in human vision landscapes
Region of Interest (ROI) Encoding: allows encoders to prioritize frame quality in critical regions most closely scrutinized by the viewer and is an established technique for improving viewer Quality of Experience (QoE).
