FOTY

The Outstanding Freshman of the Year (FOTY) Award recognizes civil engineering students who presented high academic achievements during their freshman year. This award serves as a motivation for students to keep striving for excellence while pursuing their professional and personal goals.

Every year, Chi Epsilon will select civil engineering students with the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) after their first year as candidates for the Outstanding Freshman of the Year Award. The executive board members will interview each eligible candidate individually to determine the finalist of this award. The awardee is invited to the end-of-semester banquet and presented with an official award plaque.
