Xtreet 3on3 Basketball 2012 – Rules & Regulations

1. Entrance Fee

2. RM 20.00 per Team.

3. Players Requirement

4. Every team player should be Malaysian

5. Male 15 & below : born at or after 1997.

6. Male 20 & below : born at or after 1992.

7. Male 25 & below : born at or after 1987.

8. Female 18 & below : born at or after 1994.

9. Team Limit

10. Total of 100 teams maximum.

11. Team Player

12. Every team should consist of 3 players + 1 reserve, maximum of 2 division/state/nation players per team in the relevant group

13. (January 2010 - August 2012).

14. Game Time

15. 5 minutes + 5 minutes & 1 minutes change over.

16. No timeout will be given. No over-time will be given except Final Round.

17. Personal Foul

18. Every player has a maximum of 4 personal fouls per games, the player will be eliminated from game when exceed 4th foul.

19. Player with technical foul or intention foul will be immediately eliminated from game.

20. Scoring System

21. 1 point for goal within 2 points boundary, 2 points for goal beyond 2 points boundary.

22. No free throw, when defensive team foul, offensive team start the ball outside 2 points boundary.

23. One more offence chance for basket count.

24. Dunk

25. Players are allowed to dunk in the game but do not hold the ring.

26. Player On-Court

27. Minimum of 2 players on-court, otherwise the team will be automatically disqualified.

28. Defense-Offence Exchange

29. For defense-offence exchange, the ball should be cleared beyond 2 points boundary although the ball did not touch the ring.

30. ID Verification

31. Every player should bring the original IC for inspection.

32. All other game rules will follow the 3on3 basketball rules.

33. Referees reserve the right to judge the players, no argue on the judgments made.

34. Organizer reserve the right to judge the games, the organizer's decision is the final decision.\

2. 每队马币20令吉

3. 球员条件

4. 所有球员必须是马来西亚公民

5. 男子15岁或以下 ：1997年后出生

6. 男子20岁或以下 ：1992年后出生

7. 男子25岁或以下 ：1987年后出生

9. 球队限制

10. 总数不超过100队。

11. 球队球员

12. 球队必须由3位正将及1位副将组成，每队只可拥有2位相关组别的省/周/国手（2010年1月 – 2012年8月)。

13. 球赛时间

14. 上下半场各5分钟，中场休息1分钟。

15. 没有暂停。 没有加时赛，决赛除外。

16. 个人犯规

17. 每位球员允许4次个人犯规，当单场累积4次犯规时，该球员不得继续比赛。

18. 技术犯规或故意犯规的球员不得继续比赛

19. 得分系统

20. 在2分线半圆圈内得分为1分，在2分线半圆圈外得分为2分。

21. 没有罚球，当守方犯规时，在2分线半圆圈外开球继续进攻。

22. 被犯规得分算数时，攻方将得到额外1次进攻机会。

23. 灌篮

24. 球员允许在比赛中灌篮，唯不可拉扯篮圈。

25. 场上球员

26. 球队至少要有2位球员在场上比赛，否则将被取消资格。

27. 攻守交换

28. 当攻守交换时，无论攻方有否投篮碰触篮圈，守方必须把球带出在2分线半圆圈外，方可进攻。

29. 身份验证

30. 所有球员必须携带正本身份证以供验证。

31. 所有其他球赛规则将遵照三人制篮球赛的规则。

32. 裁判拥有所有权吹判比赛，球员不得有异议。

33. 主办单位拥有所有权评判比赛，主办单位的决定是最终决定。
