All 2011 outstanding balances not paid by January 1st will be turned over to our lawyer for collection. There will also be a 35% penalty included to cover the cost of the attorney’s fee. It is not fair to the paying members to carry the financial responsibility of the whole Association and starting January 1, 2012 delinquent member’s name, lot number, and outstanding balance will be published in future mailings for all Association members to review.
08/15/2012- The Board has voted to resurface Wildwood Drive from the T to Lakewood, if financing can be obtained we will resurface all the way to Swift Run.
12/18/2011- In order to raise capital for the dam repair project we have cut back on road and other maintenance services and engaged legal assistance to recover past due fees from delinquent property owners. Our efforts have improved the POA’s financial position, however, there are still 35 delinquent property owners totaling $29,103.67 in outstanding revenue.
Road Work: Road maintenance will continue on an as needed basis, please remember that your vehicle and driving habits affect the conditions of the road surfaces. We are unable to conduct any new hard surface work at this time due to limitation of funds. If delinquent accounts were paid in full we could plan to complete new hard surface work.
