• After Annual Meeting Adjourns, the new Board meets to fill appointed positions

Per bylaw VI.1.B: receiving reports, amending bylaws, special rules of order, and standing rules, electing officers and a member-at-large representative to the board of directors for a full term, and electing delegates to the NAP convention.
