The Wrenwood HOA Board is making an effort to reduce the number of covenant infraction notices/maintenance reminders. Please review the following, as these are the most frequent infractions regarding the Wrenwood HOA Bylaws. Reducing the number of infraction notices reduces the amount of money needed to produce and send them.
- Approval of Plans by Architectural Control Committee - no other building, fence, wall or other improvement or structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained until approval has been made by the Wrenwood Architectural Control Committee (WACC);
- Driveway Maintenance - we suggest power washing or using Simple Green in conjunction with a sweep brush;
- Exterior Home Maintenance - removal of debris, trash, garbage, damage to home exterior, garage door damage & cleaning of home siding;
- Lawn Maintenance - including shrubs & trees;
- Mailbox Maintenance - clean any mold, droppings, algae or dirt from the mailbox or its enclosure;
- Trailers and Vehicles - No mobile homes, trailers, boats, ATV's, motor homes, etc. may be kept, stored, parked, repaired or maintained on any lot (unless housed completely in a structure which has been approved by the WACC);
- Parking - No vehicles are allowed to be parked on the street on a frequent, regular or permanent basis;
- Trash Containers - please make sure that your trash containers are out of sight after the trash as been picked up that day.
