Wrenwood Architectural Control Committee (WACC) - 2018-2019 To Be Announced

Role of the WACC - The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) exists to maintain consistent and compatible harmony within the Wrenwood community as well as protecting the value of the properties. While it is not the intent of this committee to restrict individual taste or preference, the ACC is responsible for the review and approval of any proposed alteration, addition or improvement to the exterior of the dwelling/lot located on any lot in the Wrenwood subdivision.

Submittal - For a proposed alteration, addition or improvement to the exterior of your home/lot, please submit the Home Improvement Request Form to hoawrenwood@gmail.com or to a WACC member.
