On January 12, 2014 the Wrenwood Board met to discuss the following issues:
· Current POA Bank Account balance – approximately $2,500
o Outstanding 2013 dues owed – almost $6,000
· Wrenwood Drive homeowners drainage issues (backyard)
· Fountain repair (pond) – getting replacement quotes
· Signs (replace decorative posts and install missing Redtail Drive sign)
· Neighborhood landscaping needs – a path forward
· Insurance – POA Board will review coverage needs (we currently don’t have any coverage)
· Need for an early Spring Homeowners’ meeting
