Collection -- The charge of this team is to create collection management action plans that includes marketing, ordering, weeding, and selection. The team implements the plans and makes adjustments, as necessary. The focus is to reverse the trend of decreased usage. One of the new GL4’s will lead the team.
e-Resources & Instruction – This team selects and manages electronic resources, creates and maintains online content, plans and implements virtual reference services, (develops digital initiatives using emerging technologies) and promotes and instructs users and staff in the use of existing and emerging library resources, services and technologies. Ping will lead this team.
Outreach & Programming -- The charge of this team is to evaluate current programming, develop processes to collect measurements, and create high impact, high visibility, and high popularity programs. In addition, the team develops collaborative relationships with outside organizations to deliver library services and programs. One of the new GL4’s will lead the team.
Partnership -- The charge of this team is to develop and establish centers/programs such as business, health, new Americans, and workforce training. The centers/programs will provide a unique niche of services to targeted population. Paul will lead this team.
