Mission Statement
Our mission is to further cultivate an environment at WPL in which all members of the public are welcome and represented. By expanding our knowledge of available social services in the Worcester area, we will be able to connect patrons to the resources they need to improve their quality of life, and also serve as a convenient resource for our colleagues working at frontline service points.
Target Audience
The disadvantaged, i.e., patrons in need of mental and/or physical healthcare services including substance abuse treatment, housing or shelter, food, education and job training, and reintegration assistance after incarceration.
Goals
1) Expand our knowledge base of available social services in the Worcester area.
2) Connect patrons to the resources they need to improve their quality of life.
3) Serve as a convenient resource for our colleagues working at frontline service points
