Base Rule System:

1. Determine character's ancestry and primary cultural upbringing? Are you of Chlendi ancestry and raised in a traditional village in the swamps or a mixed neighborhood in one of the Minkush Valley cities? Are you of Heteri ancestry and raised in the Heteri clanhouse or was your family still slaves in the Minkush empire?
