The attached object contains an RMark-formatted data frame for closed captures on two areas over 5 occasions. Interest is focused on estimation of abundance (N) for each area (so you will want to be sure that N is modeled as group (i.e., area) -specific throughout!)
Use RMark to construct alternative models taking into account time, behavioral, individual, and group variation in capture probability.
Note: you should operate within the FullHet framework and construct all necessary models by creating specific models within the general h, b, t and group framework.
What do you conclude about sources of variation in capture probability?
Compute model-averaged estimates of area-specific abundance
Repeat the analysis but this time using the Huggins full heterogeneity models
Repeat the above analyses in the MARK GUI (suggestion: use the export.MARK function to facilitate this step)
