This page is for my 1995 Olympic Edition BMW E34 525i.
The E34 BMW 5 Series had a production run from 1988-1995. There were not any 1996 E34's delivered to the U.S., however the 1996 Olympic Games were being held in Atlanta, Georgia. BMW decided to create a limited production run of E34's for this event. Late 1995 500 BMW E34's were made as Olympic Games Editions. They were all 525i's and had options that no other E34 had. They were all painted in Oxford Green metallic with Parchment Interior.
Some of the extras are:
16" 5 spoke wheels
Dark Green piping around the seats to match the exterior
Rear Seat Headrests
Olympic Games Badge's on Glovebox and Entry Thresholds
M-Technic lower rocker panel body kit.
BMW's are well built machines that will outlast many other cars when maintained properly. They are no harder to work on than any other car out there and there is a huge following of owners who share information freely across the internet.
