POOL AND FACILITY RULES
The HOA is happy to announce that the pool will open on weekends beginning May 13th
The pool officially open from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. starting the last day of school until Labor Day. The board officers have discretion to extend swimming season. All residents present at the pool need to have pool entry cards.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS
HOMEOWNER AND GUEST PRIVILEGES:
Home owners must be present with their guests at all times. Please be considerate and pick up trash and dispose of it in the receptacles provided.
The covered picnic, grill and pavilion area may be used on a first come, first serve basis. There will be a THIRTY DOLLAR ($30) party fee payable in advance to reserve an area. The sponsoring homeowner must be in attendance at all times during the party and is responsible for cleanup after the party to include placing all trash in the trash can outside the main gate..
All party fees are to be paid to the pool committee chair Joy Clayton or a board member in her absence.

Please remember these are Woodland Brook Homeowner owned facilities. You are responsible to make sure all persons follow rules. We all need to work together to keep all common areas neat and clean.
