I am an economist in the Directorate-General for European Economic Policy of Germany's Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Action (Berlin). Besides that I am also a research fellow at the Institute of Economic History of Humboldt-University of Berlin, and I teach a class on 'Globalization and Germany' at Stanford University's campus in Berlin. Beyond that I am a passionate swimmer and a lifeguard at Plötzensee lido.
