About two-thirds of the attendees will stay (i.e., sleep) in one of the five cabins, and about one-third will stay in the main lodge, where many of the activities will take place. The cabin accommodations are a bit more basic than the lodge accommodations, but they are still comfortable.
Both the lodge and the cabins are heated, have electricity, hot running water, bathrooms, showers, kitchens, and refrigerators inside them. Both the lodge and the cabins also offer queen-sized beds and twin/single beds. Cooking implements, plates/cups, and utensils are also included. Bed linens are included (except for the few who are not staying in beds), and towels are also included. Although there is no WiFi Internet access, cell phone and data coverage is decent there. The main lodge also has a fire pit, which we'll use for at least one of the nights.
Below are some pictures of the cabins and of the lodge.
People that want to share a full/double bed or room with someone specific can give that person's name in order to likely match up. People can also choose to be in a quieter or louder cabin. Bedding priority will be given (first-come, first-served) based on the order of registration. Just give your bedding preferences when prompted in the registration screen. In early February we'll send a draft of the bedding spots, and then we can probably make some tweaks as needed.
