This is definitely a two or more person boat. A righting line and water bag will help in the event of a capsize.
If the crew you have along is in-experienced or light weight pick a lighter air day to sail.
Set up and ready to sail. Boat is on dolly so simply roll it to the boat launch, hoist the sails and go. When in it's in it's stall you must tie the boat down and chock the wheels to prevent movement during wind storms.
Boat sails well. Too much weather helm is a speed killer so try to get the boat as balanced as possible with a slight bit of helm. Keep the tramp as tight as possible and stay forward when sailling.
