ARTICLE VI - Maintenance of Landscaped Easements and Landscaped Areas
Section 1: Responsibility for Common Maintenance Areas. There exists certain landscaped areas, Tracts T, U, V, W, X, Y and storm drainage control area within the plat of WILLOWS CROSSING that are herein described as Common Maintenance Areas. The Association shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Common Maintenance Areas. These covenants and restrictions cannot be amended to remove responsibility of maintenance of storm water facilities from the Home Owners Association.
