This year, we'll be opening up the Cafeteria to include some new highlights including a 360 PHOTOBOOTH sponsored by Sherry Flores Homes and a very special Dia de los Muertos display.
In addition to our raffle baskets, we will also have a selection of very special items available for SILENT AUCTION! These items will be displayed as part of the raffle basket area.
Our 6th graders will be running an ROOT BEER FLOAT booth (be sure to check out the LED ice add on) as well as a FRUIT STAND this year in order to raise money for their 6th grade camping trip. Vouchers for fruit purchases will be sold at the event only. Treat yourself to a root beer float and fruit, and support this year's graduating class!
ALL of our tickets this year can be picked up on Friday October 23rd in the office or at WILL CALL at the event. We highly recommend that you purchase online, but if you would like to pay by cash, we'll be taking payment in front of the school from 8:30-9am from Monday October 19 through Wednesday October 21 for pickup on the 24th. We'll have a table set up behind Will Call at the event for families to put their names on their tickets.
Online sales begin on October 9th and end on October 21st. Take advantage of the presale pricing and the opportunity to forego the lines during our carnival. In-person cash payment can be made from October 19-21 from 8:30-9am in front of the school. All tickets will be available for sale at the carnival cashier during the event. Please note that vouchers for fruit will not be presold.
Since we don't exchange payment outside of our centralized cashier, we have several different types of tickets available for purchase.
Meal Cards - These are used for claiming meals you've purchased. There is always one meat and one vegetarian option and the meals include water or a soft drink. Meal cards are $11 during our presale and $13 at the event. Family packs will be available for presale only at $39 for any combination of meat and vegetarian options.
Game Cards - These are 10-play cards that allow students to play up to 10 of our traditional carnival games. The card will be stamped at each game station and the attached prize card will be stamped based on game winnings. The prize card can be exchanged for prizes in our prize room based on the number of stamps collected. Game cards are $6 during our presale and $8 at the event.
Raffle Tickets - Raffle tickets are used to enter into lotteries to win one of our exciting raffle baskets. Each basket will have its own drawing and kids (and adults) have a lot of fun choosing which basket(s) to try their luck on. The more raffle tickets you buy, the higher your chance of winning one of our creatively curated baskets.
$1 Tickets - We offer snacks along with premium games and activities that can be purchased using our $1 tickets. Please see the next FAQ for the menu of items that can be purchased.
Fruit Vouchers - We'll also be selling vouchers (at the event only) to purchase a fruit grab bag from June Produce, a local fruit wholesaler specializing in tropical fruits. A portion of sales will go towards the 6th grade field trip.
Each silent auction item will have a clipboard where you can write down your bid amount. When the auction ends, the highest bidder will win some very special prizes! Winners will pay at the cashier to pick up their prizes once the auction ends.
Our $1 tickets can be used to purchase the following items (subject to change):
Nachos $5
Popcorn $1
Gyoza $5
Water/Soda $2
Juice $1
