Parents, we're in need of volunteers for our Friday Setup (1-5pm) in additional our other adult roles for the carnival. If you can consider volunteering for even one shift, it would go a long way towards making this carnival a success! Thank you in advance!
In addition to new attractions, the biggest change this year is that ALL of our tickets this year can be picked up on Friday October 24th in the office or at WILL CALL at the event. We highly recommend that you purchase online, but if you would like to pay by cash, we'll be taking payment in front of the school from 8:30-9am on Tuesday October 21 and Wednesday October 22 for pickup on the 24th. We'll have a table set up behind Will Call at the event for families to put their names on their tickets.
Online sales begin on October 10th and end on October 22nd. Take advantage of the presale pricing and the opportunity to forego the lines during our carnival. In-person cash payment can be made from October 21-22 from 8:30-9am in front of the school. All tickets will be available for sale at the carnival cashier during the event.
Since we don't exchange payment outside of our centralized cashier, we have several different types of tickets available for purchase.
Meal Cards - These are used for claiming meals you've purchased. There is always one meat and one vegetarian option and the meals include water or a soft drink. Meal cards are $10 during our presale and $12 at the event.
Game Cards - These are 10-play cards that allow students to play up to 10 of our traditional carnival games. The card will be stamped at each game station and the attached prize card will be stamped based on game winnings. The prize card can be exchanged for prizes in our prize room based on the number of stamps collected. Game cards are $6 during our presale and $8 at the event.
Raffle Tickets - Raffle tickets are used to enter into lotteries to win one of our exciting raffle baskets. Each basket will have its own drawing and kids (and adults) have a lot of fun choosing which basket(s) to try their luck on. The more raffle tickets you buy, the higher your chance of winning one of our creatively curated baskets.
$1 Tickets - We offer snacks along with premium games and activities that can be purchased using our $1 tickets. Please see the next FAQ for the menu of items that can be purchased.
Our $1 tickets can be used to purchase the following items (subject to change):
Nachos $5
Popcorn $1
Gyoza $5
Water/Soda $2
Juice $1
Cotton Candy $3
Boba $5
Obstacle Course $3
Face Painting $5

All are welcome at our Fall Carnival. Feel free to invite family, neighbors, friends and future William Land families to enjoy the event.
We welcome youth volunteers to participate in our event and have a large number of local highschoolers that volunteer each year. You do not need to be fingerprinted in order to volunteer at the carnival.
