Along with the reelection of Susie and myself as Directors, we welcome Barry Blum and Mark Cooke and look forward to the knowledge, skill, experience, and dedication they bring to our leadership team. I am honored by the confidence expressed by Windsor Hills residents and our Board members. I pledge to administer and faithfully execute the President's responsibilities, authority, and duties to the best of my ability, adhering to our governing documents and working collaboratively with our directors. After reviewing various options, I will implement a long-term planning process seeking to enhance our quality of life and encourage residents to participate in the community life and fellowship of Windsor Hills.
In recent weeks we've observed the implementation of prior decisions relating to the Clubhouse's landscape design graciously created by Larry Dio, sidewalks connecting our Clubhouse to street parking, and the final phase of 2022 scheduling for front door refinishing. These actions enhance the functionality, beauty, and value of our community. Thanks to all who contributed to these efforts.
Incredible website team members Rob MacWilliam, Betty Luman, Diane Williams, and Anne Vanderwilt continue to amaze me with their knowledge, skill, dedication, and timely work product in creating an enhanced website for Windsor Hills. Their progress to date has been remarkable as they've added new capabilities we think you'll enjoy. We continue to target its launch in June.
We have many talented, skilled, experienced, and willing-to-serve residents, making it easy to initiate a long-term planning process. Using feedback from residents in sessions Gail Pope led a couple of years ago and in listening sessions held last year, we identified areas of resident concern and grouped them into five subject areas. We have formed resident-led teams to explore these areas and provide feedback to our community over the next couple of months.
Long term planning subject areas and team members are Conditions for Healthy Living: Ron Clinger, Sheila Bazil, Kevin Barton, Nora Dool, and Bubba Bryant; Physical Infrastructure/Capital Expenditure: John Thompson, Gail Pope, Sandra Edwards, and Kim Palomino; Technology: Rob MacWilliam, Rob Miller, and Diane Williams; Social Clubs and Groups: Charley Duffy, Terry Houser, David Barr, Karen Smith, and Becky Thomas; and Fine, Creative, Performing, and Graphics Arts, Crafts, and Photography: Rita Cavanagh, Kaye Thompson, Sherrie McMahon, Honey Barton, and Rose Sinclair. Those interested in these areas are encouraged to contact team members and share ideas.
