3. What should I do before the season starts?

-Go to the WIAA website at wiaawi.org. Sign in with your specific username/password. If you don't know this information, contact your AD. Once you are logged in, complete both of the below items.

a. Watch rules video

b. Take coaching quiz

4. How do I enter my end of the season player records for sub sectionals?

-Consult the score reporting website to enter scores on your PSR throughout the season. That way, you will have very little updating to do between your conference tournament and the seeding meeting for your subsectional.

-Remember: in order to enter a a player at #1-3 singles or a team at #1-2 doubles, they must play in a minimum of 6 matches for Division I or 5 matches for Division II. #4 singles and #3 doubles do not have those restrictions. Visit the WIAA Tournament Procedures for more information.

5. When are Player Season Record forms (PSR) due for the state tournament?

-If you would like to request a seed or special qualifier position, make sure you email your PSR to Deb Lepak by the deadline (to be safe, email it the night your sectional is finished, and email to make sure the form went through).

6. How many matches can my team play?

-Remember that you are limited to 14 varsity matches. Do not factor in subsectionals or sectionals, they will not count towards your total. Do count your conference tournament, it does count towards your maximum.

-You cannot compete in more than 6 invitationals (3 teams or more) during a season. Again, your conference tournament does count towards the 6.

-If you schedule the maximum of 6 invitationals, you can schedule 8 duals + 1 exhibition. If you have a large conference, you may not need to schedule many duals since all your conference teams will take up one spot towards your match total.

The exhibition must be an exhibition for both teams, do not include the results on your PSR or towards your players' individual win totals
