Border Collies
Border Collie Puppies in 2023
We are excited to start breeding what has become one of our favorite dog breeds in 2023. The puppies will be born and raised in our home with our family of 6 and all the chaos that ensues. This gives puppies exposure to all the typical goings on in a house and ensures lots of socialization. We also give them a head start on potty training and early manners.
Daisy
In addition to her good looks and smarts, our girl Daisy shows excellent natural herding instincts and has been incredible to train. Daisy loves her family and loves to work. She is somewhat reserved with strangers and has bonded very closely with "her" person (Wes). She is black and white but carries the red color gene (her dam is red). She has had genetic health testing completed and is clear of everything, she is a carrier for CEA.
Teddy
We brought home Teddy, our future stud in August of 2022. Is is a beautiful light red merle from Plum Hollow Border Collies. As I write this, he is still a ball of puppy fluff so I'm sure more substantial updates are yet to come. He is naturally outgoing and loves everyone thus far. He has a natural inclination to chase and follow thrown balls, which will likely grow into a fondness for fetch and other games along with herding. Teddy comes from parents that were health tested and are clear of everything.
