我目前主要的研究方向包括（1）关于促进可持续发展的政府政策和管制设计和（2）数据驱动的管理决策和算法设计。教授的课程主要是决策科学和数据驱动的智能决策（包括强化学习）。

I am currently an Associate Professor at HKU Business School, serving as the Associate Director of the IDEI and the PhD programme coordinator of the Innovation & Information Management Area. I received my Ph.D. degree in Decisions, Operations, and Technology Management from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Prior to my doctoral study, I obtained my Master degree in Management Science and Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from Tsinghua University.

My current research focuses on two main areas: (I) sustainability and policy design and (II) data-driven managerial decisions and algorithms. I adopt a wide array of methodologies, such as game theory, optimization, and empirical analysis. My papers have been published in top journals such as Management Science, Academy of Management Journal, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Production & Operations Management.
