Your privacy and the quality of your treatment are my top priorities. While many clients opt for out-of-pocket payment, recognizing the discretion it offers, insurance may also be an option. I do not require a diagnosis for sessions, allowing for a service tailored to your needs without insurance constraints.

For those wishing to use insurance, I am affiliated with:

• Anthem

• CareSource: Marketplace, only

• Cigna

• Medical Mutual

• Medicare

• Mutual of Omaha

• OSU Healthplan for faculty, staff, and students

• UnitedHealthcare/Optum

Session Fees

Initial Session: $185 (Individual), $225 (Conjoint*)

• Ongoing Sessions: $135 (Individual), $185 (Conjoint*)

• Sessions last 50 minutes. Extended 90-minute sessions are available by request.

*I accept out-of-pocket payments, only, for couples/conjoint sessions.

Flexible Payments

• Out-of-pocket payments (i.e., deductible, copay, coinsurance) are due at the time of service. 

• Preferred methods: Cash, Check, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle.

• Credit card and PayPal payments include a 5% processing fee.

I can gladly issue a receipt for you to submit for out-of-network or Health Savings Account (HSA) benefit claims. 

Special Rates for Students

Student rates are available for those who qualify and are currently enrolled in an educational program.  Please inquire for more details.

Cancellation Policy: Respecting Time and Commitments

I understand that life can be unpredictable, but in order to serve all clients effectively, I adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance.  Please note that insurance plans do not cover charges for missed appointments. As such, failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge equal to the full fee of the scheduled session.
